Local
chapters
Local chapters are local volunteering groups spread all around Europe. They manage various events, actions, and environmental campaigns thanks to the Coastal Defenders program, in the Surfrider’s name. They are Surfrider local representatives who take action in the long run, within their region, according to their own skills and interests.
Skills based
volunteering
Volunteers can make their professional skills available to us. These skills can be technical (sciences, engineering, IT…), linguistic (for translations or proofreading, but we are looking for native speakers and professional translators), artistic (photography, video editing…) etc. We register these volunteers in our database, and contact them as soon as we need their help on a project.
These are mainly missions you can work remotely.
